Bonjour! I'm the research scientist leading the Laboratory of genomics at Maurice Lamontagne Institute, Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO). My broad interest is evolutionary biology. I use population genomics, quantitative genetics, transcriptomics, and eDNA detection methods to understand how organisms isolate or adapt to various biotic and abiotic factors. As a relatively new research scientist for DFO, I'm also trying to simplify the approaches associated with these fields for my colleagues and DFO clients in order to improve fisheries and biodiversity management.
